MakerPlot-J is NOT O-Scope software (though it can be used as such under some uses). Our examples commonly show sine waves because they are simple to generate with code or a function generator as examples of data.

The normal use is for plotting, monitoring and logging of system parameters, such as: Position, Temperature, Pressure, Voltage, Pump Status, Heater Status, Etc. It may also be used to control a system, such as heaters, motors, fans, valves, etc., such as in the examples further below.
